Hello and welcome to Mommy2be!

I’m Tamar—artist, mother of two lively toddler boys, wife, and the heart behind Mommy2be. Originally born and raised in Amsterdam, I moved across the world to sunny Los Angeles for love

The idea for Mommy2be was born out of my own motherhood journey. After having my two boys, I realized there was something missing—a tangible keepsake to celebrate the incredible time of pregnancy. I had a dream where I saw a beautiful pregnancy sculpture, and in that moment, I knew I wanted to bring this vision to life for mothers everywhere.

Pregnancy is one of the most extraordinary and transformative moments in a woman’s life. The female body is art in its purest form, and every curve tells a story of strength, love, and creation. My mission with Mommy2be is to empower mothers and help them proudly showcase this journey by creating timeless sculptures that preserve the beauty of pregnancy forever.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and eternalizing your journey into motherhood with a piece of art as unique and precious as you are.

FAQs

  • We advise securing your appointment between 32 and 37 weeks of your pregnancy. However, we can capture you until your last day of pregnancy. If you're expecting multiples, we can likely accommodate you earlier. Feel free to reach out for more details.

  • Absolutely not. You can compare it with taking a picture with your phone.

  • To schedule your appointment, just click on the booking button located at the top right corner of the website. You can fill out the appointment form with your preferred date and time and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Yes! We are able to travel to you to eternalize your pregnancy. We are not able to create a sculpture based on photo’s or video’s so we will have to see you in person. Price upon request.

  • It's entirely up to you. While we do recommend it for the best results, your comfort is what matters most. During the appointment, we'll present you with various poses. If you decide to wear underwear, we suggest seamless, light-colored, and not too tight options. A string-style underwear is recommended for the best results.

  • Absolutely, we offer giftcards! A Personalized pregnancy sculpture is a great gift! Just send us an email at info@mommy2bestudio.com. You have the choice to have it delivered directly to the recipient, to you or it can be picked up.

  • Your artwork will be ready within approximately 12-14 weeks following your appointment. Should you have selected the 100% solid bronze statue, please anticipate a slightly extended timeframe.

  • When the appointment is made we will send you link for a $100 deposit. This is required to secure your booking. This amount will be subtracted from the total cost. Once you have selected the size and finish of your choice, you can pay the remaining balance by credit card or in cash.

  • Yes! We celebrate the female body and capture special moments in life. Achieved a fitness goal? Overcame an illness? Embarking on a new chapter? You deserve to celebrate!

  • Yes, it is possible to create a custom sculpture in a larger size. Contact us for more information.
